What an experience buying my new car ! 5 stars!

What an experience buying my new car. Very relaxing environment as the sales man gave me the keys and left me to view the car without any pressure. I had a choice of 2 cars which were both faultless which was an unexpected issue in a good way but ended up buying the original car of choice. Some great quality stock and there’s something for everyone. I’m a car enthusiast and I could tell the salesman who dealt with me was passionate about cars & had really good knowledge, No bu*****t ! Would highly recommend Zaks cars to anyone without hesitation!!!!

What a selection of great cars and all the cars are genuine quality cars. Such a friendly and relaxed environment. The office by far is one of the best if not the best office I have seen! No pressure what’s so ever in buying a car and every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly. Purchased the car within the hour and a month later my mrs upgraded and she had a great experiencing purchasing her Mercedes. Keep up the great work mate.

I saw my dream car advertised at Zaks Cars in Doncaster, what an amazing experience! I called the office to ask some general history about the car. The gentleman on the phone was very patient, clued on and honest. I made an appointment to go and view the car, from the moment I arrived there was no hassle or pressure. The owner handed me the keys and told me to take my time and have a good look around, shout me if you need anything.....how cool is that?!

The car was fabulous in every way and all the paperwork was in good order and the test drive was a whole new driving experience. The vehicle had a lot of extras and the service history was impeccable. Still no pressure as we had a general chit chat, family owned business with great values. I was a cash buyer so no finance needed but the offer to arrange was there once I insisted on purchasing the vehicle. Everything was smooth, efficient and reassuring with a warranty for peace of mind and the start of a great relationship. Great guys!

Fantastic little gem in the car dealership world. The cars are great quality at a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice easy experience. Car purchased in 45 minutes without any pressure. Their after case experience is second to none, a slight issue with the car and they sort it straight away. Would highly recommend!!

I saw a Mercedes S Class advertised with Zaks cars just before lockdown, the description was accurate and it looked great on the pictures. The guys were so knowledgeable and friendly on the phone, I arranged to travel to go and see it. There was absolutely no pressure (which is the one thing I hate about sales) and the forecourt was very impressive. I have bought alot of prestigious cars in my lifetime so I knew what to look for (big bills if anything goes wrong which scares people from buying the big German marques) the car exceeded my expectations instantly and was perfectly presented.

The 1 thing I really respected was the honesty. They mentioned on the test drive that the reverse camera was a little temperamental and that it would get sorted prior to purchase. I left a deposit on the condition that it'd be fixed. I came back 3 days later to a beautifully presented beast with the camera fully functioning (kept their word which goes a long way!) Highly recommended, well done guys!!!
